hi, I'm Lauren.
I've spent more than a decade in the medical aesthetics industry learning what it really takes to build, lead, and scale a successful business.
From helping grow a med spa organization from $1M to $30M in revenue, expanding from one location to seven, and building a team of more than 140 employees, I've experienced the challenges and opportunities that come with growth firsthand.
I've led the marketing strategies, built the teams, developed the systems, and made the tough decisions that come with running a growing business.
And here's what I've learned: A successful business isn't built on a great Instagram feed, a beautiful space, or a fully booked schedule alone.
